This past weekend….

….I had the chance to hug, cry, and pray with a friend whose husband had left after after many years of marriage; pray with a father who was worried to the point of physical sickness about his son; share Jesus with two new friends in a very personal context; spent time being prayed for by a close friend who is concerned about our situation in general and Deb’s health in particular. Man ain’t church great? Oh, and by the way…I wasn’t inside any sort of building when any of those things happened…it all took place at a couple of dirt track speedways. And yes, it felt great to be back home again!
Praise God! He can be found at the dirt tracks, even if they are a little messy.
Our problems may seem a little messy, but not too messy for the Lord.
That’s cool, Bro! Take His message to the hyways, byways, back alleys, and dirt tracks.
