I’d like to ask y’all to pray for me this coming weekend…Pray that I don’t screw up…I am getting a tryout to do something that I absolutely love to do, and if I do good, I’ll be able to do it as a professional!…..
…National Dirt Digest, the largest national dirt racing newspaper, is sending me out to Potomac Speedway and Virginia Motor Speedway this weekend to shoot (photograph) the MACS series races. If my shots are good enough, I’ll be a regular photographer for NDD.
Now granted, that doesn’t mean a whole lot to many of you, but it is a BIG deal to me. It’s not like it will actually be a paying job, per se, but, I’ll get to go to a lot of the biggest national races, I’ll get to shoot with the best, and, I’ll meet a lot of new people, getting my name out ther in the photography world. So this could lead to some pretty good stuff.
Of course, I’m also going from being totally stoked one minute, to absolutely sure that I am nowhere near good enough to even think about shooting on this level in the next minute.

I grew up in Richmond and my dad used to take me to Saluda to the races! Thanks for bringing back some great memories. Be safe and have fun.
Peace
Hey man… I’ve seen your stuff… you’re good enough.
Hope it goes well for you!
Let the Lord carry you through, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
