God is not a Republican…or a Democrat….or even American

Thanks to Jamie at BeChurch, I read this incredible inteview with Tony Campolo. I know a lot of people who would absolutely swear that God is a card-carrying, flag-waving Republican, and any true Christian has to vote Republican.

Guess what folks; God’s not even American!

I’m not saying that I’m going to vote Democrat, although if they had more than an empty suit running, I’d certainly be more likely to, but what I’m trying to say is that there are other issues at stake. I can’t put it into words the way I want to, so go read the interview with Tony Campolo.
