Lernerville Motorsports New Web site and Address

DIRT Motorsports will be taking the over www.lernerville.com as part of their corporate website. Lernerville Motorsports (Barb Bauman Bartley and Tom Roenigk) will continue to offer the current website at www.lernerville.net. Lernerville.net will have the weekly racing results/ points / stats / photos /etc.. throughout the 2005 season.

The new address for the Lerneville Speedway office is the following:
313 North Pike Road, Sarver PA 16055. It is in the grey building facing Rt. 356 on the front on the speedway property.

Don’t forget to make your reservation for the Lernerville Speedway 37th annual Budweiser Awards Banquet Sautrday, March 5, 2005. Co-Promoters Barbara Bartley and Tom Roenigk along with Promoter Al “Ouch” Roenigk cordially invite you to attend this gala event that will be held at the Days Inn, Rt. 8, South of Butler. Doors will open at 5:30pm and a delicious “all you can eat buffet” will begin at 6:00pm. The price of the banquet is $35, with free soft drinks and beer provided. There will be a cash bar for liquor. You may call the speedway at 724-353-1511 for further information. Reservations must be in by February 26th. The Days Inn will give you a discounted room at $55 for a double or $60 for a king-size bed if you tell them that you are with the Lernerville Banquet. Call the Days Inn at

Highlighting the evening’s festivities will be the presentation of plaques to the top ten drivers in each division. Point fund money will be distributed to the top ten car owners. Special awards will be acknowledged; an update to the 2005 season will be previewed; door prizes will be distributed; followed by dancing to the sounds of Deejay Dave Suhli and reviewing the year 2004 by C&B Video. The 2005 Champions to be recognized are as follows: St Barnabas Health System Sprints-Ed Lynch Jr, Apollo; Friedman’s Supermarket’s/Bi-Lo Foods Late Models-John Flinner, Zelienople; Modifieds-Dave Murdick, Slippery Rock, and Dingbat’s Restaurants Pure Stocks- Joe Kelley, Mt. Pleasant.

Opening day will be Friday, March 25, 2005. Once again you will find that Lernerville Speedway in the only dirt track in the Nation to present the top three paying divisions weekly. For the 38th season, the Sprints, Late Models and V-8 Modifieds will return to compete along withthe ever popular Pure Stocks.

The World of Outlaws Sprints will appear at the Sarver oval for a two-day show, May 20-21. The WoO Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup XIV Sprint Show will be held Tuesday, July 19. The last WoO Sprint show will take place Tuesday, October 4th. The World of Outlaws Late Models season first “Sarver-Town Show-Down will be in April and the second is scheduled for August 12th
