DTWC Winner Scott Bloomquist Added To Dirt Nationâ„¢ Line Up

The Dirt Nation™ presented by Lucas Oil radio show will host another busy night with representatives from the world of dirt Late Model, Modified and Sprint Car racing on hand. Just added to the Monday October 17 show is Scott Bloomquist of Mooresbrug, TN who just won the 25th Anniversary Dirt Track World Championship presented by Arizona Sport Shirts at KC Raceway. Bloomquist won his first Dirt Track Championship race during his 25th anniversary driving a dirt Late Model this past Saturday evening October 15. Bloomquist won $50,000 for the win plus a $15,000 bonus provided by Vermeer for winning the 25th Anniversary Dirt Track World Championship presented by Arizona Sport Shirts and the Lucas Oil Knoxville Late Model Nationals recently.

Among the many guests will be Emmett Hahn, the renowned Sprint Car promoter and driving force behind the American Sprint Car Series who will appear for the first time. Hahn will discuss his sanctioning body and the state of Sprint Car racing.

Also appearing will be Cory Reed, General Manager of Orange County Fairgrounds Speedway in New York. Reed returns to Dirt Nationâ„¢ to talk about the upcoming Eastern States Weekend Modified extravaganza.

Jeff Geesey, Race Coordinator of the MACS Late Model Series who will discuss the upcoming Fall Fest XI dirt Late Model event that will be held at Challenger Raceway.
