I know that it is recorded in Adobe Audition and edited, mixed, etc. At the same time, we've been providing cassette tapes for as long as I can remember. As far as the cassette to mp3 transfer... MusicMatch Jukebox Plus (the non-free version) lets you do line-in recording from cassette to mp3. I think you need to create an adapter from your stereo to the line-in jack on your computer, though.
