Book Reviews Coming

I’m pleased to announce that I have been approved to be an Exclusive Reviewer for Mind & Media. Ain’t that just all highfalutin’ and uppity sounding? 
But seriously, it is an honor and certainly a privilege to be able to review books for Mind & Media.
I reckon some of y’all may be wondering what this is all about. See, it’s like this….I love to read. I’ve got no money. There’s a bunch of authors and publishers out there that want people to read their books. If they are new authors, or small publishing houses, it’s hard to get folks to reading their stuff.
So, they have hooked up with Stacy at Mind & Media. They supply her with a bunch of books of a given title. She passes them out to her reviewers (one of which is now me!). The reviewers agree to read the book and then write a review of it on their blog so the discerning and well educated readership of said blogs (that’s you!) will know about these books and hopefully go get a copy of it for themselves at their favorite bookstore.
So, I get some free books to read and then blog about. And the authors and publishers get some much needed publicity. 
And the name for this nifty program? Get ready fo it, it’s going to surprise you….Blog For Books
I’m hoping to have my first book to read very soon, and as soon as I know what my first book is going to be, I’ll be certain to post about it and put a link to where you can buy it.
And speaking of buying books, some of you may not know that I am an associate for Amazon.com. If you want to buy a book (or anything else, for that matter) and you choose to go thru my link (here and in the sidebar) I’ll actually get a small commission on the sale.
So, if you don’t already have a favorite bookstore, I’d certainly be most appreciative if you’d consider make this site your favorite bookstore.
