A reformational renaissance redneck who likes football, dirt car racing, and photography tries to figure out what it means to follow after the path of Jesus in this post-Christian world we find ourselves in.

I’m an Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan - what’s YOUR theological world-view?

I stopped by Pat’s blog to see what was new and saw that he scored as an [tag]Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan[/tag]… I decided to see what kind of a score I would come up with, and it seems that I also score as an Evangelical [tag]Holiness[/tag]/Wesleyan

Hmmm…It seems that our overall scores and percentiles are some what different. Not sure what it all means, but hey, it was interesting….
What’s your [tag]theological world-view[/tag]?

You scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan. You are an [tag]evangelical[/tag] in the Wesleyan tradition. You believe that [tag]God’s grace[/tag] enables you to choose to believe in him, even though you yourself are totally depraved. The gift of the Holy Spirit gives you assurance of your salvation, and he also enables you to live the life of obedience to which God has called us. You are influenced heavly by John Wesley and the Methodists.

One Response to “I’m an Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan - what’s YOUR theological world-view?”

  1. I scored as Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan also, with a strong Neo orthodox and Emergent/Postmodern bent, but what does that mean? Is that now who I am in the eyes of others?

I really dislike labels. One tag and we think we know everything there is to know about a person without ever building a relationship.
