Award-winning pianist Anthony Burger goes Home no comments
I just got the following via email; wow, don’t know hardly what to say…

ANTHONY BURGER GOES HOME - Award-winning pianist [tag]Anthony Burger[/tag], known for his work on the [tag]Gaither Homecoming Series[/tag] as well as his own piano projects, passed away last night of a heart attack at the age of 44.
Burger was on stage performing “[tag]We Shall Behold Him[/tag]” on the Gaither Caribbean Homecoming Cruise when he collapsed. Reports indicate that he was taken backstage but could not be revived.
Please keep his family in your prayers as arrangements are currently being made for his homegoing service as well as those on the cruise who are obviously shook by this sudden passing.

I’ve listened to Anthony Burger for years, he was truly one of the great [tag]pianists[/tag]. I know he fully immersed himself in whatever he was playing, so one thought I do have, is if you’re going home to Jesus, what better entrance than to be caught up in “We Shall Behold Him”…I hope that I’m not out of line in saying that or I hope it doesn’t sound flip or glib….it’s just, wow…..
