Mother will donate kidney to her son

This story caught my eye right away because I know both Cody and his mom, Evelyn, very well.
Cody Manners is a racer at Tri-City Speedway, where I am the track photographer, and he has a world of talent. He really came into his own this year in the Thundercar division, and figures to be a contender for the track championship in 2008.
Please join with me and Deb in praying for Cody and for Evelyn, that God will direct the surgeon’s hands, that there will be no complications or rejection, and that the healing process will be swift.
And if you are anywheres near Oil City, PA on Saturday night, please stop in at the Oil City Community Alliance Church for the benefit spaghetti dinner.
