Just put up a new Christmas theme, grabbed it from V4NY Themes.

Does it work in the browser you are using? (If you’re reading via a reader, perhaps you could take a sec and pop in to check it out) I appreciate any feedback, and if something isn’t working, please let me know which browser (and version) you are using.

I also added a different Christmas Theme to Byron’s site, perhaps you could check it out as well?

Thanks all!

I’ve been fairly scarce around here lately, partly because I haven’t had anything to say (it seems I’m finally coming to the realization that there just isn’t much going on between the ol’ ears any longer) and partly because I have been working on several web sites for area racers.

I posted a couple of the press releases for my newest clients below, but in addition to them, I also have either re-done or started from scratch on other racing related sites. Here is the complete list of all the racing sites I’ve been working on (some may yet change drastically):

Charlier Racing

Damage Inc Racing

NTO Racing

BOS Motorsports

Jared Miley

Greg Beach

Nick Jones

S.M.O.D.A.

Mary’s Racing Collectables

SteelerDirtFreak Photography

SteelerDirtFreak Productions

So, that is where my focus has been for the last several weeks. And of course, now that the racing season has begun, there will be traveling to the various tracks, lots of photo editing and sorting, and updating each site, as well as getting my photos in by deadline to the various racing publications I shoot for.

And then, in addition to that, I’m working on, and maintaining, these web sites:

Harvey’s NASCAR League (and you have to really know Byron Harvey to appreciate that particular domain name!)

Chartiers Valley Show Band

Grice Chiropractic

Hope For All In Jesus Prison Outreach

And a special sneak peek at an as yet unreleased site – Fellowship Community Church

So there is my horn tooting for awhile. But that is what I’m working on, plus hosting a couple of other sites, and working on my Ebay business (which I really need to ramp back up)

If it seems that I’m not around much, now you’ll know why. Of course, with my attention span of, oh, say, 10 seconds, who knows where I might actually be!

But upcoming events that I do plan on blogging about include a trip to Houston, Texas next month to visit my Mom, and to cover a race at Houston Raceway Park. I also hope to go out to Chicago and visit my brother while SouthWest airlines is running their $29 deal from Pittsburgh to Chicago.

Anyways, I’m still alive, I’m still around, and I just wish I could remember what it was I was just doing….

Mercer, PA — Jared Miley and the Jared Miley Motorsports team, along with SteelerDirtFreak Productions, are excited to announce the launch of a new website dedicated to Dirt Late Model driver Jared Miley, a 19 year old student at California University of Pennsylvania. The site, located at www.jaredmiley.com, will be kept up-to-date with the latest schedule and results concerning the Jared Miley Racing team. Be sure point your web browser to www.jaredmiley.com to learn more about this young and upcoming driver.

Jared started his career off in the spring of 2004, while still 18, in the Limited Late Model class at Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway. In just his 2nd start in a race car, he claimed his first feature victory and by the end of the season he had won two features and was ranked sixth in points.

His greatest thrill in his first season was making the field for the MACS Late Model race at Pittsburgh in his first attempt at running with the Late Models. He will move up to the Late Model class full time in 2005, competing at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, Lernerville, Latrobe, and other Mid-Atlantic tracks. His car is owned by his uncle, Red Miley, and Gary Haubelt while his father Jerry Miley, a long-time, well respected engine builder is the crew chief.

In March of 2005, Jared was honored by being named the 2004 “Western PA Rookie of the Year” award. The 37th annual award, sponsored by western Pennsylvania writer/announcer Walt Wimer, was voted on by nearly 70 members of the media and track officials in the western Pennsylvania area.

Jared Miley Racing would like to thank all of their sponsors for their continued support. Those sponsors include: Colussy Chevrolet, Brougher’s Machine Shop, Miley Truck Rental, Miley Amoco Car Wash, Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic, Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, Motordrome Speedway, Sunoco Race Fuels, Jim Kutas Motorsports Signs & Decals, Lloyd’s Automotive Supply, Gary Haubelt, and Rocket Chassis.
