I just stumbled across this article thanks to a tip from Alan, and it looks like it is a most excellent resource.

I’ve just upgraded this site to WordPress 2.0…..so far, no problems have surfaced. Hopefully that will continue to be the case. There have been some who have not had a good experience with this upgrade.
